Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. As each piece is crafted with care, please allow additional time during peak seasons.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore/Malaysia)

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
Express Delivery: 3–5 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Lost Parcels

Once shipped, liability with courier. Not responsible for lost parcels.
